KWESST is pleased to announce that it has been engaged by a large US Police Department to develop a new chemical payload round that may be multiple times more effective at bringing violent situations to a successful conclusion, than previous generation chemical rounds.

ARWEN’s long history as the Premier less lethal system enables the company to not only develop this technology requested by the customer but allow a streamline production to rapidly move this technology into field deployment.

Following initial testing by ARWEN staff, the new payload rounds have been sent to the customer for testing and evaluation. ARWEN experts will work continuously with the customer to create a best-in-class final product, that will assist our customer base to effectively keep themselves and their communities safe.

A Canadian law Enforcement agency, searching for newer less lethal options, have asked to test and evaluate the new rounds for the Canadian law enforcement market.

ARWEN was one of the world’s first systems that was designed exclusively for less lethal use only, and continues to build on that legacy by creating new and innovative solution for our growing customer base.
